1. The platform
VaultLedger ("Platform") provides software and interfaces for tracking crypto-denominated investments, referral activity, and withdrawal requests. The Platform does not guarantee returns. Digital assets are volatile and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. We may suspend or freeze accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or legal non-compliance. Withdrawals and limits may apply as described in product documentation.
3. Investments
Investment tiers, durations, and daily ROI mechanics are defined by the published specification and may only change through an explicit platform update. Past or projected performance on marketing pages is illustrative and not a promise of future results.
4. Referrals
Referral commissions are governed by the published multi-level structure and trigger on qualifying investment events. Self-referral, circular referral schemes, or manipulation may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.
5. Withdrawals & fees
Withdrawals are subject to minimums, fees, daily limits tied to active packages, and administrative review before payout. Blockchain transfers incur network risk; you are responsible for supplying correct wallet addresses.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy (summary)
We collect account, technical, and transaction data needed to operate the Platform, comply with law, and prevent abuse. Third-party processors (hosting, email, analytics) may receive limited data under contract. You may request access or deletion where applicable and not in conflict with legal holds.
